Shipping Policy

Shipping is free. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 6-10 business days, depending on your location. Orders that include the portafilter and tamper set ship as two parcels, each with its own tracking number.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email contact@bottomlessportafilter.com and we'll chase it up.
Where we ship
We ship to 4 countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia. Any customs duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
